Refund and Returns Policy

Our Policy – Keepin’ It Speakeasy Simple

At Bootlegger Soap, we’re all about quality and satisfaction, but we’ve got a few ground rules to keep things fair. We accept returns or refunds only for unopened, unused products in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. If your soap has been used, we’re sorry, but we cannot accept returns or issue refunds—our speakeasy doors stay closed on that one.

How to Request a Return or Refund

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at support@bootleggersoap.com with your order number and photos of the issue. For eligible unopened products, ship them back to us (you cover the shipping cost) within 14 days, and we’ll process a refund or exchange once received. Used soaps are non-returnable and non-refunded.

Exceptions and Final Sale Items

Custom orders, gift sets, or sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds, even if unused. We’re happy to address any concerns—reach out, and we’ll do our best to make it right, speakeasy style.
