Couldn’t be happier with Bootlegger’s Soap, the company. I was trying to choose between several brands of this style of soap. All things being equal, I chose Bootlegger’s based on the fact that they’re from Alabama. I make it a point to trade with Texas and Southern companies when I can.
Bootlegger’s did not disappoint. My order arrived with a hand-written note, saying they’d thrown in a few little extras. Lip balm, a scrubby sponge, and a bag to hang the soap in the shower. My Cajun friends call that “lagniappe” - a little something extra.
